Bookings can be made directly via website (https://www.anemonivillas.com/booking),  via phone number (00357-99314004, 00357-99314088), or via email ([email protected]).

No same sex groups permitted. No groups under the age of 21 years. No pets. No smoking inside. Guests should not exceed the number of 8 individuals per villa.

The reservation is confirmed when 20% (deposit) of the total amount is received at the time of booking. If booking is less than 4 weeks from arrival date the Full Amount is payable upon booking to be confirmed.

The reservation is confirmed when 20% (deposit) of the total amount is received at the time of booking and the balance of 80% can be paid at any time with no less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.

Of course if booking is less than 4 weeks from arrival date the full amount is payable upon booking.

All payments are made in euros (€) and can be paid online by JCC payment or by Bank transfer.

All Anemoni villas have a fully refundable security deposit of €300 per villa to protect the owners against any breakages, negligence and/or willful and wanton conduct, loss or damage, extra housekeeping costs, unpaid local charges or any other charges where applicable.

The security deposit must be received by the owners 6 working days prior arrival date. This amount will be refunded within 14 days of the departure date, if there is not any loss, damage, unpaid bills additional housekeeping etc.

In case that damages occurs, the owners reserve the right to deduct the funds from the deposit amount.

Check in at 16:00 and check out at 11:00.

Late check-out are subject to the discretion of the owners upon request and may incur an additional charge.

If the customer needs to vacate the villa before the departure date, the owners shall not pay any refund.

The minimum stay is 7 nights and the maximum is 30.

60.00€ per week of electricity usage is included in the price and should be more than enough for your stay. Any amount over and above this will be paid by the client. Water usage, Wi-Fi internet access and satellite TV are included in the price.

We provide you with contact details in case of emergency or problems facing prior your arrival and please do not hesitate to contact even out of working hours. In most cases problems can be dealt with quickly and efficiently. Any maintenance issues, damages or breakages must be reported as soon as possible.

Please ask for cot or relevant equipment when booking under the ‘notes’ and we will inform you if we can cover all your needs.

The villa will be cleaned for your arrival. Further cleaning depends on number of nights booked.

A mid cleaning, including linen change will be held (free of charge) on bookings of 14 nights and over at weekly intervals.

If you wish to arrange an additional cleaning or linen change, that is paid locally, please call our Cleaning Service Team on 00357 – 99314004.

The voltage is 240 volts, with 3-pin plug sockets.

Bed linens, hand and bath towels are provided per quest for use in the villa. Please note that beach towels are not provided!

If you cancel your booking, cancellation charges will be payable as set out below:
